For the first time, Apple's App Store has allowed iPhone game emulators, such as iGBA, to enable users to download and play ROMs directly on their devices.
The decision follows a mandate from government authorities.
According to Testut, iGBA was a knockoff of GBA4iOS, which he developed while still in high school.
