Michigan State Police have arrested an Owosso man on child porn charges. According to police, Daniel Leonard Herrick, 56, now faces felony charges including one count of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, one count of distribution of child sexually abusive material, and one count of using a computer to commit a crime.
Travis County Attorney Delia Garza said the cases lacked probable cause. Nearly 60 people were arrested for allegedly trespassing during the demonstration.
