UK agencies have estimated that Russia has lost about 450,000 personnel and over 10,000 armoured vehicles in Ukraine since the start of the full-scale invasion.
Three containers with oil products have caught fire on the Krasnoyarsk road in the Russian city of Omsk on 25 April. The fire covered the area of 500 square metres.
American billionaire Elon Musk has expressed concern about the lack of exit strategy for the war in Ukraine. He also warned that the United States “will have to answer for the confiscation of frozen assets of the Russian Federation”.

Ukrainian-born congresswoman Victoria Spartz has submitted several amendments to the bill on supplementary funding for Ukraine, which provide for reducing military aid and removing financial aid.
For the first time in history, Ukrainians will take part in the world’s largest cybersecurity exercise, Locked Shields 2024, which will be held in Estonia under the auspices of NATO.
