www.dglobe.com—Thursday sports roundup: MCC baseball wins again, Worthington loses in softball. The MCC baseball team defeated MLA/C to set up a matchup Monday with second-place E/SWC out of the Red Rock Conference. Worthington's boys tennis team competed at home.
www.dglobe.com—WHS boys golf outpaces Pipestone 177-184 on windy Thursday afternoon. The Trojan boys golf team won for the second straight time this season, beating Pipestone 177-184. The girls team finished with a score of 203 and Madison Beckmann was the individual medalist.
