Big Island Video News— ISLAND OF HAWAIʻI - Three units with a combined generating capacity of up to 53 megawatts have been repaired ahead of schedule and are back online.

Honolulu Star-Advertiser—Hawaii island customers told to resume normal power usage. Hawaiian Electric told Big Island customers to resume using electricity as normal, ending a call to conserve power on the island after its generation capacity dropped due to some units going out of service.

Big Island Now—Hawaiian Electric lifts call for Big Island energy conservation issued in March. The electric utility reports that generation margins have returned to levels where conservation is no longer necessary.
