MYHIGHPLAINS— The Amarillo City Council is expected to meet Tuesday to discuss items including possibly repealing a city ordinance regulating massage establishments, adding new roads near the upcoming KidsInc Rockrose Sports Park, and updating the city's jail services agreement with Randall County.
