AAA Texas: State gas prices fall as Amarillo becomes cheapest on average statewide

MYHIGHPLAINS— Drivers in Texas saw a 4-cent decrease in gas prices with an average of $3.25/gallon of regular unleaded fuel which is a 2-cent decrease compared to last year, according to the AAA Texas Weekend Gas Watch.

MYHIGHPLAINS—Amarillo gas prices fall by 0.3 cents, average $2.96/gallon on Monday. According to the most recent report from GasBuddy, gas prices in the Amarillo area fell by 0.3 cents in the last week to reach an average of $2.96/gallon on Monday. Those prices were noted as 8.5 cents lower than a month ago and 19.1 cents lower than a year ago.
