BELLAIRE, Ohio (WTRF) - Officials have confirmed a garage fire that later spread to a nearby building in Belmont County. It happened around 9:30pm Tuesday night at the 4200 block of Harrison and Streets. Bellaire, Martins Ferry, Shadyside, and Neffs Fire Departments all responded to the scene.
