On May 5, 2024, Drumheller RCMP were notified of possible found human remains. A person had been off roading in a rural area south of Delia and found what was believed to be human remains. The bones were collected and transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Calgary, who determined that the remains are human. An Anthropologist has been engaged to date the remains. The investigation continues.
