In breaking news out of Moscow, a shooting attack has left at least 40 dead and over 100 injured, according to Russian state news agencies. The attack occurred at a large concert venue northwest of central Moscow. Russian officials say several gunmen fired automatic weapons at the crowd. A fire also started inside the venue. The Islamic State has claimed responsibility, via an ISIS-affiliated account on Telegram, but without providing proof.
