    MISSION, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A Border Patrol boat sank in the Rio Grande this weekend. The agency says the incident happened 6 p.m. Saturday on the river near the Mission area. RGV Sector Public Affairs Officer Christina Smallwood told Valley Central the vessel took on an excessive amount of water causing it to capsize.
