Meridian Township's top employee has been using township resources to benefit his consulting business. As Township Manager, Frank Walsh oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of Meridian Township. But Walsh confirms to 6 News that he has used township resources to conduct some of his consulting work with his business Walsh Municipal Services, LLC (WMS).
