    Staff Sergeant Charles Crumlett died on Friday at around 12pm following a workplace accident at the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. The 25-year-old, from Streamwood, Illinois, worked as a weapons load crew chief and was pronounced dead at the scene following the incident.
