Steve Burns from the Nick Jr. show Blue's Clues returned in a now-viral video that's making millennials emotional online, nearly 20 years after he left the show.

Stephen Colbert watches Steve Burns' viral video in which he opened up about leaving Blue's Clues for college -- and it's clear the message hit home. After the clip aired, Burns appeared on The Late Show to give the host a much-needed hug.
Steve himself even turned up for a hug with the "Late Show" host.
