An American soldier has been arrested in Russia's port city of Vladivostok and accused of stealing from a Russian girlfriend. That's according to U.S. officials who spoke to The Associated Press. The officials say the soldier, 34-year-old Staff Sgt. Gordon Black, was stationed in South Korea and was in the process of returning home to Fort Cavazos in Texas.
