    Headaches continue in Hawaii Kai as four public schools were forced to close Monday due to an ongoing blackout. The Hawaiian Electric outage happened after 2:00 pm Sunday and impacted about 13,000 customers. Power was restored to some, but approximately 1,300 remained without power Monday morning.
