KFDI—Police investigating fatal shooting in north Wichita. Police said a man died after a shooting early Tuesday afternoon in a north Wichita neighborhood. The shooting was reported shortly after 12 noon in the 1400 block of North Minnesota. Officers found 34-year-old Norman Carter III
