WhatsApp Android beta starts testing Events for community group chats

Neowin— WhatsApp's Event feature currently in development has started rolling out to a limited pool of beta testers. The feature is available as part of WhatsApp beta for Android v2.24.9.20.
Neowin—WhatsApp Communities gets an event planner, replies to announcement groups. WhatsApp now lets you create events in group chats that are part of a community. The feature has been under testing for some time, and it will roll out to all group members in the coming months.
