Vermont Army National Guard Soldiers Compete in Statewide Best Warrior Competition

DVIDS— The Vermont Army National Guard held its 2024 Statewide Best Warrior Competition at the Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, Vermont on April 6th and 7th. Two Soldiers came out on top as victors in this years competition and are looking forward participating in the regional competition.
DVIDS—Oklahoma Army National Guardsmen compete for the state’s Best Warrior. Staff Sgt. Brock Wilson and Spc. Johnson Holcomb claimed the titles of Noncommissioned Officer of the Year and Soldier of the Year at the 2024 Oklahoma Army National Guard Best Warrior Competition, held at Camp Gruber Training Center, April 25-28.
DVIDS—Soldiers achieve consecutive Best Sapper Competition wins. The winners of the 17th Lt. Gen. Robert B. Flowers Best Sapper Competition are Capts. Matthew Cushing and Joseph Palazini, from the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky — making history as the first team to win the competition twice, and also back to back.
