VDOT holds vigil for workers killed by drivers at Workers Memorial on I-64

WRIC— The vigil took place at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17 at the department's Workers Memorial, located on Afton Mountain on Interstate 64 in Albemarle County. The event was part of Work Zone Awareness Week, which has taken place every year since 1997.
