Texas man named as Clovis double homicide and kidnapping suspect

MYHIGHPLAINS— The Clovis Police Department on Monday released new information about the suspect accused of abducting an infant after a double homicide just north of Clovis on May 3. The suspect was identified as Alek Collins, 26, of Houston.
