Second person dies from 18-wheeler crash into Texas DPS office in Brenham

Houston Public Media— Clenard Parker, 42, is accused of stealing an 18-wheeler in a nearby town and driving it into the DPS office, where he had been denied a commercial driver's license the day before, according to authorities. Parker faces nine criminal charges, including murder, and remained jailed Tuesday on bonds totaling $4.05 million.
