WBAL-TV— A phone call to Baltimore police led to the arrest of an 18-year-old Montgomery County high school student.

An 18-year-old high school student in Montgomery County, Maryland, has been charged with making threats of mass violence after authorities said he wrote a 129-page document describing a desire to carry out mass shootings at a high school or an elementary school in the county.
