Man shot still goes to see probation officer: I-Team

FOX 8 Cleveland— The FOX 8 I-Team found a man so committed to keeping his appointment with a probation officer he went to court even after he was shot.

Police say 23-year-old Giovanni Pacheco kicked and chocked an officer before the officer fired a shot at Pacheco following a Sunday afternoon traffic stop in east Greeley. Pacheco was taken to a hospital to treat minor injuries, then booked in to the Weld County Jail.
