ABC7 Los Angeles— La Cañada High School and nearby schools were locked down Monday as authorities responded to a report of a possibly armed person coming to campus.

CBS News—Severna Park High School, Middle School, on lockdown due to threat of possible violence. BALTIMORE -- Severna Park High School and Severna Park Middle School were placed under lockdown Tuesday morning due to a "threat of possible violence," Anne Arundel County Police said.Police say everyone inside the schools are safe.
