KTVZ—Deschutes Public Library's Emily O'Neal honored as state Librarian of the Year; two other DPL librarians also receive awards. BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Deschutes Public Library announced Friday that three staff members were honored with awards for their exceptional service and leadership.
