Hanover Board of Supervisors pull commendation for Girl Scout who created ‘Banned Book Nook’

WRIC— During a Board of Supervisors meeting on Wednesday, April 10, the board was getting ready to go over the proclamations for the Girl Scouts when F. Michael Herzberg, IV, who represents the county's Cold Harbor District, motioned to pull the one for the creator of the "Banned Book Nook." All board members voted to approve the motion.
