KTVZ—Fire destroys La Pine garage-shop, spreads to home, vehicles, trees and brush; three dogs perish, one escapes. A fire that destroyed a La Pine detached garage-shop Monday afternoon spread to a nearby home, as well as several vehicles, trees and brush before crews were able to stop its spread. Three dogs perished in the house fire, while one escaped unhurt, officials said.
