Dutch PM says $61 billion U.S. support package for Ukraine is "very good news"

NL Times— Outgoing Prime Minister Mark Rutte praised the U.S. House of Representatives for agreeing to a 61 billion dollar aid package for Ukraine, saying on Saturday night that it was "very good news." It is "an important step to continue supporting Ukraine in its defense against Russian aggression," Rutte added.

The Washington Times—U.S. is loaning a slice of the $61 billion to Ukraine but getting paid back is questionable. Congress passed President Biden’s $95 billion foreign aid package thanks, in part, to making some of the Ukraine aid a loan though the prospects for getting repaid aren’t good.
