New Haven Register— COLCHESTER — Connecticut State Police are on the scene of an incident on Norwich Avenue, officials say. CSP said Troopers from Troop K responded to reports of a disturbance in the area of Norwich Avenue at 6:21 p.m. Police said the investigation is "active, fluid and ongoing," but did not release any other information.
