KTVZ— BEND, ORE. (KTVZ) - A Bend transient who used a ride-share service from the Deschutes County Stabilization Center and is accused of attacking the 77-year old driver, then stealing his car, was arraigned in Deschutes County Court today. 21 year old Joshua Davis Buck faces 6 felony charges.
