Police say 23-year-old Giovanni Pacheco kicked and chocked an officer before the officer fired a shot at Pacheco following a Sunday afternoon traffic stop in east Greeley. Pacheco was taken to a hospital to treat minor injuries, then booked in to the Weld County Jail.
