The police arrested two boys in Purmerend on Tuesday evening for assaulting an NS conductor at Purmerend station. According to the police, the boys spat on, kicked, and punched the conductor at the train station.The assault happened at around 9:00 p.m. The boys fled with a group waiting for them nearby. Enforcement officers quickly tracked down the two young perpetrators and handed them over to the police.
