A lucky Powerball player is $50,000 richer after purchasing a winning ticket at a store in Westchester. The third-prize-winning ticket was sold in Mount Vernon for the Powerball drawing on Saturday, March 23, according to New York Lottery officials. The store where the ticket was sold was identified as Fleetwood Stationery located at 556 Gramatan Ave., officials added. The name of the lucky winner was not revealed.
